The hotel provided a stylish and spacious room where we moved in, but it wasn't fully stocked initially. We managed to book an extra bed for our child, which was convenient for our stay. The services were fantastic, with the staff being helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly; they really took care of me upon my somewhat 'deshabille' arrival. The location was a mix of being close to both the train station and the city center, full of beggars at times but also conveniently situated near Old Town and modern shopping areas. The dining experience was one of the best in a German hotel, welcoming and offering a great buffet spread. Overall, a good choice despite minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice cot for our toddler. The view inside the building onto Am Wall was so lovely, and the white bed sheets were impeccable. The hotel is perfect for exploring the town center and the Burgerpark to the north. However, the shower gel was almost empty on arrival, and we had to ask for a refill along with body lotion.
